Norwegians in Belgium?

Norway is a European Economic Area country, along with Iceland and Liechstenstein, this gives Norwegians the same rights of movement in the EU as EU nationals. So the answer is no, you just need to provide proof of enough funds to the commune to get issued with a residence (ID) card - and our commune didn't even bother asking when we registered!
