Question

I'm looking for an English speaking notaire who is familiar with the establishment of a company for people who are not EU nationals. I prefer someone who will respond quickly to a basic question by email.

You need an accountant, not a notaire. The accountant will handle the notaire.

Your nationality shouldn't come into it. The type of company does, and you've not stated that.

I dealt with Notaclaeys - www.notaclaeys.be - for a transaction via my company recently. Very satisfied with the service. Practically all notaries in Brussels will have English.

J, the accountant I saw said the questions I had can only be answered by a notaire or lawyer, not an accountant. And it's just a preliminary gathering of information. Thanks anyway.
