Office for Unemployment.
A friend has sadly lost her job. She`s still a bit shell shocked and reluctant to attend the unemployment office, though she`ll need to at some point, so I wish to help with some practical guidance.
She lives on Rue Franklin. Brussels 1000. Where is the nearest unemployment office?

If she is a member of a union -- they do a lot of the admin for this. She will also be entitled to free training. (they will also help with forms and checking entitlement)
Unemployemnt benefit (if entitled) starts from after any notice period
