One time cleaner

Question

Dear All,
I am planning to vacate my apartment and hence I need a one time cleaner to clean the flooring, tiles, doors etc.
How can I get one? Because I think the service providers need a contract.
Thanks for all your help.

My friend Sara is an excellent and thorough deep cleaner- she helps me out and she's meticulous! She'd be happy to get the tough work done for you- over 1 or 2 days as needed. email me for her phone number, the missus AT gmail

If you can't prove it was professionally done you might have to argue no matter how clean you leave it happened to us.

My experience has been- been renting for 11 yrs in both Leuven and Brussels- never had a problem getting deposit returned or been asked for proof of a "professional clean"- those most have been unlucky situations! It's my understanding you are to return the place to its original state, as in the etat de lieu..and typically I left my apartments MUCH cleaner than the state I got them in! :-D

With respect to the last post Although we left one spotless we had to pay I think in part because we didn't have our own expert to argue our side and there did try to charge us a fortune even thought we had dry cleaned curtains and deep cleaned whole house
