Open a company in healthcare

Hi everyone,

I'm from Africa and I want to open a company in healthcare in Belgium. I am currently in Brussels on a temporary resident visa (family reunion) that expires at the end of July. From the information I saw online, I need to leave Belgium, go apply for a work visa and return here. I am worried I won't be able to return anytime soon because of covid restrictions. My investors are getting impatient for the company creation. Does anyone have helpful information about this?
