Opinions on Evere?

safe, yes. Livable, depends what you are looking for. It is probably not the most charming of areas, but many parts are quite family oriented and there is quite a lot of new apartment construction going on there, some of it rather nice. It is probably not the most interesting place for singles as there is little nightlife.
