When placing an order on comuteruniverse.net, 6% VAT is charged after stating that a belgian company is buying. This is for a gsm phone.
6% doesn't seem right. Should I avoid that store? I suspect I should be charged 0%, or a Belgian 21% so I can claim it back. 6% is for food, no?

I could be, if German VAT on a phone is 6% and they do not recognise your VAT number.
Otherwise, they should charge 0% for export.
