Having employment terminated, the outplacement company assigned by the employer did not want to work with me. No alternative was offered by the employer, yet I have been deducted the fee. Has anyone faced this?

SD... You are a socialist, I get it. The fact the system is generous is completely and utterly irrelevant! It's paid for by my own damn money! They eventually give you some back and then confiscate most of it, again. Taking money for a service you don't need or want is wrong and cannot be justified by by saying that you have enough to pay for it.
