Question

Does anybody know who I can contact (phone and/or email) to get hold of a paper copy of my VISA card statement (payment was made end of January 2018)?
Thanks in advance.

Isn't it available on-line? Print outs of on-line statements have the same legal status as mailed paper ones in Belgium.

You need to speak to your specific card issuer. There is no general policy.

it depends on the card issuer (generally your bank) aand so contact them
