Duh! Arthur and his boys might indeed be great - he is certainly great at responding to requests for a workman on this site for years now. Having said that - I have no idea whether he is reliable or not -, he may be great, but- personally, I would double check any workman who responds to a request on this site. I got caught like that and I firmly believe the recommendation was a set up. You could take a chance but try to see his other work and talk to his former employees. We by- passed that crucial step.
