Parquet renovation / handyman

Afternoon all,

Was wondering if you could recommend someone to carry out renovation of a appt parquet which is about ten years old.

Also any recommendations for people I could contact in an emergency if there is a problem with water / electricity etc? We are buying an appt and would like to have these contacts to hand just in case. Previously our rental agreement covered this.
