The building next door is having a loud party--shouting, booming music (sounds like teenagers, since they're on holiday, I guess). I hate to be a pill, but it's a Monday night (and we have a baby), can I call the police or is that useless?

when we arrived here we had a welcome (?!) visit from the police (when they check to see you are who you say you are). Anyway they told me then that if we ever have any problems with noise you can call them and theyll come over... Hope you got it sorted
