Question

I understood that this became illegal as of January this year, yet many shops are still adding a surcharge.
To whom should one report this ?

The law was delayed in Belgium and only entered into force on 9 August 2018: https://economie.fgov.be/fr/nieuws/les-supplements-en-cas-de

If a shop still adds a surcharge, you can report them to pointdecontact.belgique.be (SPF Economie).
