Payroll company for small businesses

if you want to establish a payroll for a Belgian employee in Belgium working for a Belgian company, then you need a mutuelle. Partena is one of them. There are plenty of other ones.

Unfortunately the ones specialises in small business typically don’t fulfill the ‘digital’ part... you could try this https://www.groups.be, or if you want small personal service then this http://www.cobelsa.be. Both do the obligatory mutuelle stuff also.
