pirate costume for 13 yr old boy

Hi there, can anyone recommend other costume shops(in Brussels) besides the picard? Looking for a pirate costume for my 13 yr old so he can dress as Johnny Depp. Well he needs to dress as an actor.
Happy to buy a 2nd hand one (or any other actor costume you may have) off anyone who has one too. Thanks you all!!
