Places to hang out in Brussels

I got posted to Brussels a few weeks ago by my employer and have yet to meet anybody my age (mid 20s)to hang around with. The office is full of grey middle aged men who are so dull and make no effort to socialize, and the odd time they do go for a beer all they talk about is work.

Can anybody recommend some places where an english speaking guy can meet some friendly people - especially some women as I have barely spoken to any since I arrived here! Any suggestions other than the normal sit in a pub until you meet someone would be appreciated.
