Question

Hello,
I would like to arrange pre-martial agreement and i would like to ask how to do this.
Can such an agreement be made via a notaire ?
What documentation is required?
If made in Belgium can it be "EU wide" so to speak (forgive my terminology) as my future intended is not from Belgium, but another EU member country.

Yes, a notaire is the correct person for this.

Go to a Notaire. The initial session and advice is free. You are only charged when you ask them to prepare it. Plan on about €500 unless very complicated.
