Precompte Immobilier for 2015

Question

Hi. Normally during the summer I receive a document concerning the payment of the property tax (precompte immobilier) for our apartment in Etterbeek, with a deadline of some time in September. This year I did not receive this tax document. In the autumn of 2014 we moved to WSP and maybe there is a confusion because of this. I would like to call a government office to clarify the situation. Any guidance on where to call will be greatly appreciated. TIA.

We live in WSP and only just received the bill last week (it's dated 10th September) with a payment due date of 10th November.
Yours could still just be in the post.
