Office management? Talk your way into the job and pick it up before they realise you can't do it. Anyone taking money off you to teach you to manage an office without the appropriate experience is a con artist.

I can give you a crash course in Excel. I am a freelance contractor in investment banking (derivatives risk and pricing) and trading IT application. I am of VB (Visual basic programming language for Excel) and work with Excel 75% of the time in my work. I have just ended a contract and am on the lookout for a a new contract, so am free pretty much anytime. I am Irish, so native English speaker, but also peak French,German and Dutch.

I can teach you the basics/intermediate Excel in say 6-8 hours. I would charge 20EUR and hour, but I would recommend not doing it all in one day but, say, 3 two hour sessions spread out over a week so you can practice and familiarize yourself with the concept for review during the next session.
