Private Health Insurance

Hello all,

I would like to know if private health insurance is something that is available/popular in Belgium?

I already have assurance with my mutuelle but I would like a higher level of cover, to insure me against all medical expenses for outpatient medical care. I have tried Bupa (whose fees are astronomical) and Allianz and Axa (do not provide such cover as far as I can tell).

Any ideas or information is very much appreciated.
