Problem with Samsung Galaxy mobile phone

My Samsung Galaxy mobile phone keeps shutting down even though the battery is not empty. It has also reset itself to factory settings. The phone is no longer under guarantee and I did not buy it in Brussels. Can anyone recommend a shop in Brussels that I could take it to for repair - preferably Schuman area?
