Product shortages at Delhaize?

Recently, I feel that whenever I go to Del Haize I frequently have problems finding very basic products. For example todaI couldn't find sour cream. I couldn't find the butter brand I like either. I've also experienced sometimes that some shelves are empty, for example for rice. I am wonderig thus if Del Haize are having some logistical problems?
Do you read any newspapers / reading online news?
it could be really linked to the protests of the 'gilets jaunes' in France,
as Delhaize etc. are all getting their goods from across the world (ports / factories >> lorry transport...)
Shelves in some regions in France are nearly empty, French news are telling due to shortages as lorries / motorways are heavily blocked.
