Proof that I am not working

Hi all,

We are trying to register at Uccle commune at the moment and apparently I have to provide some form of proof that i am not working at the moment. My partner is employed here.

I plan to work within the next couple of months (I am self-employed), but I think it's easier if we get registered first and then sort out that later... (If anyone has any thoughts on this then please share)

So my question is - any idea what Uccle are looking for when they ask for proof that I am not working?
