Proximus changed contract I didn't sign

Question

Hi if you read last post you will know I stupidly attempted to transfer my home phone etc to Proximus. I have a contract I signed in shop saying transfer of service. Due to complete cock up by them they are trying their best to put a new number on my line or even a new line in!
As I didn't sign for this what are my rights? I want a transfer of service not a new service which they say they have an order for, not signed by me I hasten to add.
I have rung so many time had phone put down on me more than on e and been told repeatedly I need to wait till they sort it and they will ring me.
In mean time they sent me an appointment for Friday for this new number. Ive emailed a complaint, they will reply when it suits them with in ten day! Tried tweeting as suggested in previous question. (even joined twitter to do that). This is all to no avail they have passed it onto some arbitrary person who is 'dealing with it,' I imagine by sitting on it for comfort then reading it in their cigarette break, this person hasn't spoken to me I have no email or phone number for them
FFS how hard is it to change an order? It's their cock up they made a mistake on you'd think I was asking for a uk phone number on my line or something hard. An email or ring to get the issue solved. Rant over

Any rate legally where do I stand . I would cancel but then I'd have to pay off 300 plus euro on a didn't all TV that is useless with out the service I asked for.
