Question about bike lease at work

Question about bike lease at work. I have been leasing a bike for 3 months now, and basically the monthly amount is deducted after my withholding tax contribution, but before my total netto on my payslip. So basically it’s deducted just before my contribution to lunch vouchers, not out of my gross salary.

How will I be able to claim the money back? Will I receive them next year, since my employer said this lease would be tax deductible?
