I have heard from several sources that there is no tax on the rental income from renting out an unfurnished apartment to a private person - could someone tell me where I can find an official source
We are renting a flat in Schaerbeek (of 800€/month).
I was wondering if anyone know how long it takes more or less to do a l’état des lieux for a 75 square meter 2 bedroom flat that is newly constructed? How much does it cost approximately?
I have by e-mail said yes to rent an apartment but haven't signed anything. Is my yes by e-mail legally binding or can I still pull out of it?

Something fell off and our bathtub got chipped, exposing the black metal underneath, size of an euro coin. Apartment is from 70s and so not a very new bathtub.
