My garage will book and bring a car for its CT but it has now moved out of town, making this inconvenient.

Just noticed that Google Maps ( http://maps.google.com ) now inlcudes Delijn as well as STIB in its transit directions!
Where / how can I get a partial refund for my monthly STIB pass for the 1/2 week they have failed to provide me with the transport I've already paid for?
