I have a question about the reductions for children (non- handicapped). We are the owners of the house, and pay this tax, so we are the ones who can apply for the reduction.
I am a non EU citizen and arrived Belgium on Professional Card in early 2012, the first professional card was issued for 2 years and my local commune issued me an ID card for the same validity i.e.
