having just learned that it is most likely Brussels will be my home from next month, I have thought about joining a Degree course.
If I buy an iphone in New York will it work with a Proximus subscription in Belgium ?
Can you recommend where I can hire a van (perhaps with man to help?) for a move, end of August. Volume about 6 to 8 cu m. Any experience with costs for such a move, approx?
Is there a legal way to avoid inheritance tax in Brussels? Would registering or transferring a property in the name of the children solve this?

Does anyone know where one can donate books in Brussels? We are leaving Belgium soon and have a huge collection of books we would like to whittle down a bit, by donating some of the volumes.
