QWERTY

Of course, at least half of the foreigners come from Italy, Morocco, Turkey Germany and France where they don't use QUERTY either. It's just like in London, where although there are nearly 200,000 French residents, you can't buy an AZERTY keyboard in most high street computer shops.
If you want QUERTY, you can buy them from DELL (although rather than buy from the website, you just need to call them up and ask for one). Alternatively there are hundreds of on-line shops you can buy from, the most obvious being www.amazon.co.uk/laptops/
Find the computer you want in a shop here in Belgium, then just buy the same thing from Amazon. You'll probably even save money.
