Hi ! I don't know any wholesaler or market but I can advise you the "Rose Noire" flower store in Brussels! The florist is a specialist in floral art and offers many varieties of beautiful flowers at reasonable and varied prices. I bought her a whole arrangement of dried flowers for my birthday, when I had a small budget... I was not disappointed!
