recommendation for builder who uses lime mortar

I am renovating an old 1910 house and some of the interior and exterior walls need re-pointing. Apparently, it is best to use lime mortar in this instance because a modern product would cause damp/moisture problems.

Can anyone please recommend a builder who is familiar with old buildings and renovates them sympathetically using appropriate materials?

We're n the Merode area of Bxls.
