Registering at Actris, without a friend

Hi everyone,

I am brand new to Belgium and living in Brussels. I want to register at Actris for help with my job search. When I went in, they told me to come back with a native french or dutch speaker in order to register to use their services. I don't yet know anyone who is also available during the day.

What can I do?
