Rejected Nationality

Hi there,
If some one know my nationality is rejected becasue the mistake of City hall member.Because they put wrong artical in my flie.I apply on behalf of artical 12b but when they write down they put 12c. So simple b or c make too much problem for me.Now my file is rejected.
Any one facing this kind of situation if yes then please they tell what i gonna do ok
