Replacement fridge

I heard that shops in Belgium are obliged by law to take away the old refridgerator when a client buys a replacement fridge -- is this indeed true? Would, for example, MediaMarkt people come to my apartment and take my old fridge away? Is it part of the price of the new fridge or does it cost extra?
