Question

Evening all, any suggestions for someone could come and give advice on repairing or changing our faulty cooker hood?

It would help if you said where you live!
Find a smaller electrical goods shop. Most have a repair service and if you buy a new hood, most will come and fit it.

WW: fair point! I live in Brussels. It turns out it may not be the hood, but rather the evacuation point leading to the roof. I am still checking.
