Residence/Aparthotel for visitors

Question

Need to book a residence/flathotel in Brussels for a family of 5 coming in 5 days. Not necessary in center but not far from it. Cleanliness and easy access to metro or other transportation are important. Not cheap, but not luxurious. Some flathotels I've known years ago have really plunged in ratings. A X-L aparthotel are out of office until the morning.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thon residence Parnasse at Place de Lux might have reasonable prices at this time of the year, or you could try Aparthotel Georges Henri in WSL (www.apparthotels.com/fr)
