I have resigned from my job since my husband has been relocated to Asia. I would like to know if I am entitled to have the "one day off" or "two half days off" until the completion of my notice period as I have a lot of stuff ot organize for the move.

No. You are only allowed time off to look for another job. You cannot use that time for any other purpose.
