Romantic in Brussels

Hi all!

I have Birthday in December, and my boyfriend is coming to visit me. I' am searching for something nice and romantic thing like driving with a horse buggy a or two nights outside from Brussels (not so far away because i have no car :(

Can anybody recommend something to me? A Hotel? A Thermal Spring?
I' am happy with every advice.
