Hi there. Does anyone know what the rules are - if there are any - about handing out leaflets in Belgium? I'm talking about simple flyers advertising an event.

No problems really. Just print the flyers and hand them out. Loads of people do it.

No problem provided you put somewhere the name and address of an "editeur responsable" ie a publisher and remind people not to chuck it in the street.
