(Second hand) Coffee machine

Hello,

I am looking for a nice coffee machine for a gift. Maybe pod one is better, but not necessarily .
Is there anywhere where I could find something under 50 euro, and if not any physical places or reliable websites to get a second hand one?

Also, if you are happy from your coffee machine, I am open to recommendations.
