On Sunday, April 6, 2025, at 5:00 PM, Saint-Jacques-sur-Coudenberg Church will host the Spring Concert of the Choirs of the European Union.
The program features The Seven Last Words of Christ on the Cross by Charles Gounod and César Franck, two great masters of the 19th century. Their moving, expressive, and intimate works will be performed by the European Union Choir, the Ensemble Orchestral de Bruxelles, and soloists Julie Gebhart, Markus Ennsthaller, and Shadi Torbey, under the direction of Dirk de Moor.
