The Tootbus sightseeing bus crashed into a tree at around 12.30 on Sunday afternoon for reasons currently unknown.
The driver may have lost control due to a technical problem with the vehicle, but the crash is still under investigation.
A total of three emergency response teams and five ambulances responded to the accident, along with police. A medical triage post was set up at the scene.
A total of 33 foreign tourists were involved in the crash. Uninjured travellers were transferred by a police vehicle to their hotels.
