Should my tax assessment have arrived by now? (not the tax return form)
Last October I sent in my tax return (for the year 2011). So far I have not received any acknowledgement or tax assessment. I thought I would get it by June.
I submitted the form a bit late (on paper) as I left Belgium, and they didn't send the tax return form to me. I had to request a form in September, and they granted me an extension to the deadline. I met that deadline.
I was registered in the Brussels commune.
What is the latest that they send out the tax assessment?

If you only sent in your tax return in October 2012 (for 2011) you were extremely late in submitting (normally has to be done by June/July depending on whether paper or on-line). So unless there was a valid reason for the late submission I guess you can expect the assessment to be just as late.
You should be submitting your return for 2012 now - deadline is 26/6 for paper version and 17/7 for on-line.
