a site to sell goods

Question

Is there something like Gumtree in Belgium, I have tried to sell things on TROC and Kapaza and Troc now want 110 to take the goods to their store as they have to hire a vehicle. I also have Spit coming but not sure what they will take.

2ememain.be
We have sold some small bits of furniture on there and the buyers have always collected.

yep, 2emain.be is good. we list stuff there on french and english and have gotten rid of stuff that way.

But like any other site, some will call you to tell you they will come, but they end up not showing, so I say, first come first serve.

Also there is also the fb group:
Brussels SELL/SWAP/BUY/WANT OR GIVE IT AWAY

I think if you copy paste that into fb it comes up. Although I think you have to request to be a member of the group. Again, on there people say, please reserve for me, and then they don't show up. :)

I have bought stuff via the classifieds on here as well as from kapaza and 2emain. I would say that as I have to travel some distance -- I do check the stuuff is there! -- First come first served is fine -- make it first responding first served. I have lost count of number of times I have enquired about something -- said I can be there in 2 hours - offered to send a paypal deposit -- only to be told -- can't guarantee it will be there when you arrive -- first come first served -- fair enough -- but then get an email weeks later asking if I'm still interested. I would say - if you have someone who is actually interested enough to be willing to send a paypal deposit - who responded "first" and is willing to drive 100kms - they are probably worth reserving for.
