SMS via Web?

I am trying to find a way or Web site whereby I can send SMS’s to Belgian mobile numbers from my PC (via a Web site) instead of from my phone - much easier and faster for typing! Ideally it would be a free service, but I am willing to consider a paying service as well. Any suggestions much appreciated!
If you're a proximus customer, you can send one free sms / day via the "My e-Services". Otherwise it's just billed at the normal rate.
You can also use Skype to send sms, but you need credit.
