At the rear of the Bourse building head south along Rue du Midi keeping on the left. Between Bourse and Place Rouppe, there's at least two shops that sell old stamps (and post cards). The problem here is they are buyers with a view to selling on, so won't tell you a true value. You won't get an independent opinion.
Don't know any actual philatelist or independent valuers...
