STIB fine

Question

I got fine in tram line, i have my stib card which was not valid but i have 10 voyage on it in which 1 voyage(ticket) was remaning and i touch it in the tram. And the screen goes green and when officer enter the tram and check the card they told me that you dont have any ticket in the card i told them that i touch it but he issue me ticket and told me that when i touch yoir card to the device ita turn red and told you can send us email if you consider you have ticket.
Can some one please advise me what should i do, to avoid this fine. Or provide me the email so i can email them.

Follow the advice and send STIB an email. Their computers keep a record of your usage (so that they can issue replacements if a MOBIB card is lost) so they should be able to check.

Get in Contact with STIB, every ticket has a unique number of reference so even if the card is not registered on-line with Stib, they should be able to verify the voyages used etc.
