Stickers for Mutuelle

Question

hi,

I am familiar with the green leaflets to put your Mutuelle stickers on, but I have now also a number of bills from the pharmacy. Can I put the sticker on these as well?

Thank you in advance for all answers

Normally a pharmacy will only charge you YOUR proportion of the costs of your medicines so there is no further refund due from your mutuelle. The pharmacy should have asked for your SIS and/or eID card at some time in the past to facilitate this and will hold it on record in their computer - this enables them to reclaim the remainder of the cost direct from the appropriate mutuelle.

There are odd exceptions, for example vaccines, where your mutuelle may reimburse you the totality of the costs up to an annual ceiling, but the pharmacy will always tell you, and provide you with a special receipt, if this is the case.
