Why don't you ask the schools?
You can expect perhaps at most 30 euro per hour net.
Teaching at these schools isnt that well paid as far as im aware maybe more than local school but supply teaching ia hit and miss i believe with some lean months and some full so it would not meana regular aet

Each one has different arrangements and you need to contact them directly.
The European schools need 'chargé de course', who are temporary staff but it might be a full timetable for a year or so (depending on need), the others need temps for maternity leaves and so on but also for staff sickness and each will have different arrangements.
Of course it will also be dependent on what your experience and qualifications are, which language(s) you teach in and so on.
If you are interested you should bang off a few emails and make a few calls, see what comes back.
